So with the Lich King dead and the end of his wrath we are all waiting for a new villain. As announced Blizzards next expansion Cataclysm, is due later this year and we have decided that Locomotives will have its annual slumber until Deathwing wreak havoc in Azeroth. This means that we are not actively recruiting for our Raidteam anymore BUT...if you want to be apart of our community in the new expansion we still look att applications posted on our site. Since we are in a slumber i might take a bit longer for us to answer you application so please be patient.

So here we are again infront a patch with new raidcontent, its likely the patch will arrive on wednesday 9/12 and so we are making preparations to face off with the Scourge!

So most of the people on this server know we have a great history on Shattered Hand dating back to early vanilla raidcontent, Locomotives has always been about the atmosphere in the guild and less about the progress. If you have a guild that plays well together and on the same level you get the progress as a nice bonus. Our goal has never been "superhardcoremusthaveserverfirst" nontheless we have achieved alot as a guild such as horde first and one of the top guilds on SH. We still have a lot of old players within our ranks and im very happy to say that we have even more coming back for Icecrown including our old longtime raidleader from the mc/bwl/aq era - Count. Even though we have players making a comeback, there might be some spots that needs to be filled out with new recruits!
